  • ​Veterinary Technician candidates applying on the basis of on-the-job-training (OJT) must first submit a completed application package and all applicable fees to the VEB a minimum of 30 days prior to the online application d​eadline for the VTNE they wish to take. This requirement also applies to out-of-state OJT applicants.​
