10 and 12 Updates 2026
The Wisconsin Department Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) Division of Animal Health (DAH) recently updated two administrative rules: ATCP 10 regarding Animal Diseases and Movement, and ATCP 12 regarding Animal Markets, Dealers, and Truckers. The updates have been published following completion of three rulemaking packages (CR 25-078, CR 25-056, CR 25-058) and reflect a multi-year rulemaking process informed by industry stakeholders, public comments, and evolving animal health needs across Wisconsin.
