Pheromone traps have been established at sites throughout Wisconsin to monitor early-season migration flights of true armyworm moths. Counts from the trapping survey provide data on the timing of armyworm arrival into Wisconsin and are useful for planning field scouting activities. The results of the 2022 survey are presented below and will be updated weekly through early June. Current multistate migration maps are available at Great Lakes and Maritimes Pest Monitoring Network (select TAW tab) and True Armyworm Corn ipmPIPE.
