The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) Bureau of Business Trade Practices enforces business trade practice laws in order to ensure fair competition and an orderly marketplace. These include the Unfair Sales Act, price gouging, protections against price discrimination for pharmaceutical drugs, certain beverages, and motor vehicle fuel, certain dairy trade practices, and music royalties collection.
