The links to the right provide access to Certificates of Veterinary Inspection (CVIs) received by DATCP for all species imported to and exported from Wisconsin. To access CVIs, click on the link(s) of interest.
Links on this page provide reports with CVIs starting on April 1, 2023. A new link will be added to this page monthly. If you need CVIs that were received before April 1, 2023, you will need to put in a Public Records Request.
Records Disposition Authorizations require CVI records to be kept for five (5) years. Once that time has passed the links will no longer work and will be removed.
These monthly reports are compiled by the date DATCP received the CVIs. This means CVIs issued late in one month may be in the next month's report.
Once you click on a link, CVIs can be viewed individually by clicking on “View". Clicking “View Document Mode" opens all the CVIs in the monthly report which can then be viewed by scrolling down and moving to subsequent pages as needed. There is no need to sign in to view the CVIs.
