​Before moving honey bees or used beekeeping equipment into Wisconsin, you must:

• Fill out and submit the Honey Bee Import Report form before the bees or used equipment arrive in Wisconsin.
• Provide a valid inspection certificate issued within 12 months before arrival to Wisconsin. The certificate must verify the following:
• Bees are of European honey bee stock.
• Colonies are free of American foulbrood.

• Online: Fill out the Honey Bee Import Report form online. 
  
• You must also mail, email, or fax the inspection certificate(s) to the State Apiarist.

• Paper: Fill out the Honey Bee Import Form.pdf
