Food Export post in exhibitor booth at the From March 15-19, 2026, DATCP staff from the International Agribusiness Center (IABC) served as the activity coordinator for Food Exports Charcuterie Mission  to Mexico City and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This was the first time Food Export has led a themed mission that focused on Charcuterie, which allowed for a more targeted group of buyers and suppliers. Wisconsin businesses were excited to join this mission as they saw it as a direct opportunity to grow their sales in the #1 U.S. market and #2 Wisconsin market for Agriculture. It is also the #1 market for Wisconsin cheese. From Mexico City to Puerto Vallarta, our Cheese, Meat & Beverage Trade Mission connected exporters directly with buyers, driving strong demand for premium dairy, meat, and beverage products across both retail and hospitality. With more than $10 billion in U.S. processed food exports and a rapidly growing, experience-driven dining scene, the opportunity for high-quality U.S. products continues to expand. Wisconsin will continue to support our businesses' growth strategies through targeted activities and key markets that have high potential.
