From September 13-18, DATCP hosted a Baking Ingredients Mission from Thailand. The delegation consisted of four buyers from Presidents Bakery, a company that distributes its products to more than 60,000 retail outlets throughout Thailand, and two buyers from Dean & Deluca, which operates a total of 35 stores in Thailand. DATCP staff and USDA-FAS Bangkok staff spent the week conducting site visits throughout Wisconsin, connecting buyers with suppliers, expanding opportunities for Wisconsin agribusinesses, and strengthening trade relations in Thailand and the broader Southeast Asian market. We look forward to continuing to support these connections and identifying future opportunities to work together.
