The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) is sponsoring a juice hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) training April 29-30, 2025. The training will be held in the DATCP offices located at 2811 Agriculture Drive, Madison, WI.
Who Should Attend
This course is for anyone who develops, modifies, or reviews juice HACCP plans. Federal law (21 CFR Part 120) requires establishments that process juice to conduct a hazard analysis and if a hazard is identified, develop and follow a HACCP plan. This course is not intended to teach basic HACCP principles, but rather a review as to how HACCP specifically relates to juice. Attendees should have prior basic HACCP knowledge or training.
