Juice HACCP Training

Who Should Attend

This course is for anyone who develops, modifies, or reviews juice hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) plans. Federal law (21 CFR Part 120) requires establishments that process juice to conduct a hazard analysis and if a hazard is identified, develop and follow a HACCP plan. This course is not intended to teach basic HACCP principles, but a review as how HACCP specifically relates to juice. Attendees should have prior basic HACCP knowledge or training.

How to Register

Registration

Fill out one registration form per person. When completing the form, provide your name as you want it to appear on your training certificate, and use the address where you want your course materials and certificate mailed.

Registration and payment are due by February 1, 2022. You will receive an email confirming your registration. Space is limited. DATCP will accept registrations until the class is full. Mail completed form(s) along with payment to:

Technical requirements

This course will be conducted on Microsoft Teams. Access to this format along with a microphone and video to participate in discussions is required. You will be able to call in for audio. A tech check will be conducted prior to the course.

Cost

A non-refundable payment for $50 per person covers the cost of the materials. Single check for multiple registrations from one facility is acceptable. The following payment methods are acceptable: check or money order. Make checks and money orders payable to DATCP.

Schedule

Training begins promptly at 9 a.m. and concludes around 12 p.m. To receive your certificate you must attend the entire course, participate in the small group work and presentations, and submit a course evaluation.
