The ATCP 82 Rule Revision Advisory Committee was created to assist the Department in the repeal and recreation process of Wisconsin Administrative Code chapter ATCP 82 – Bulk Milk Collection, Sampling, and Transportation. The committee is tasked with vetting the objectives outlined in the SS 010-23 Scope Statement and developing a revised rule from those discussions.
The committee is comprised of a diverse group of individuals that represent various facets of the dairy industry. Membership includes individuals from the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, Farm First Dairy Cooperative, Wisconsin Cheesemakers Association, Center for Dairy Research, Field Representatives, and more.
Meetings are held biweekly on Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. until the rule language drafting process has been completed.
