Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)

​L​PG meters are commercial meters used to measure liquefied petroleum gas sold or delivered to a consumer (a consumer is anyon​e who buys LP to us​e rather than resell). Effective January 2011, any person operating an LPG meter must be licensed by the Wisconsi​n Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP). The annual license fee per meter is $60, and the license period is December 1–November 30. The fee is not prorated for partial years, and licenses are not transferable between operators or meters.​
