Pesticide Applicator License

Required for anyone who must be certified as a commercial pesticide applicator.

The original, completed, application form shall be mailed to the DATCP, with all applicable fees. Copies of the completed form shall be given to the applicant and business that employs the applicant.

Effective Date: January 1 - December 31

Cost: $54.00 per year per individual
