Compliance Calendar for Gasoline Dispensing Facilities
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is home to Wisconsin's Small Business Environmental Assistance Program (SBEAP). SBEAP has a variety of tools and resources to help owners and operators of gasoline dispensing facilities understand the environmental regulations affecting their sector. DATCP works with the SBEAP to create one of their most popular tools, the Compliance Calendar for Gasoline Dispensing Facilities. This calendar is published and mailed to gasoline dispensing facilities every other year. To request a hard copy of the most recent calendar, please call the SBEAP at (885) 889-3021. Product Inventory Verification for Retail Fueling Facilities
Retail fueling facilities with underground storage tanks from which fuel products are offered for sale to the public are required to reconcile product inventory for each tank on a monthly basis for the life of the tank system. Inventory must be verified in order to ensure there has not been a failure of leak detection equipment or a misdelivery into the system. The process for reconciling blender systems differs from how the inventory on a single tank is reconciled.

The Bureau of Weights and Measures has developed a compliance guide to assist the owners and operators of retail fueling facilities understand the regulatory requirements.
