The 16th China Dairy Expo, held July 13-15, 2025, in Xiamen, China, attracted over 30,000 attendees and featured 500 exhibitors from across the dairy supply chain. Wisconsin was proudly represented in the U.S. Pavilion by Genex, Agnus, Frontida Group, Hoard's Dairyman, and Sawagrow LLC.
China is one of the world's largest dairy importers, with growing demand for high-quality milk, advanced herd genetics, animal feed, and health products. This makes it a critical export market for Wisconsin's dairy sector, which is known globally for its innovation and quality. The Expo provided a timely and strategic platform to showcase Wisconsin's strengths in dairy genetics, feed, and herd health to key Chinese buyers and distributors. USDA Foreign Agricultural Service officials from Beijing and Guangzhou also joined the Wisconsin booth, enhancing outreach efforts, obtaining market information, and helping to strengthen long-term trade relationships with China's growing dairy industry.
