Sheep and Goats from Within Wisconsin
If sexually intact, need Official Identification at any age.
If not sexually intact, need Official Identification if they are 12 months or older.

Cannot have been exposed to scrapie if they are sexually intact.
Sheep and Goats from Outside Wisconsin
Need Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) with Official Identification of the animal written on the CVI. See Animal Movement for Sheep & Goats page for Official Identification options.
Cannot have been exposed to scrapie.
Goats from Michigan's TB Modified Accredited Zone
Need import permits.
Must return directly to the state of origin after the show, and there must be a statement on the CVI that they will be doing so.
