Application by Wisconsin Public Service Corp. to install a 20-inch pipeline from the Fox Energy Center potentially through the towns of Kaukauna and Buchanan in Outagamie County and the town and ​village of Wrightstown in Brown County. The pipeline would end with a connection to the existing Guardian Pipeline.

Proposed acquisition of farmland to as runway protection area for extension of the primary runway.


 

Village of Montfort Phosphorus Reduction Project:  Grant County (DATCP #4241) 

Proposed acquisition of farmland in the Village of Montfort and the Town of Wingville to reduce phosphorus discharges into the adjacent stream as part of the village’s efforts to comply with current phosphorus discharge regulations. 

 

Leona Street Stormwater Pond: City of Appleton (DATCP #4158)

Proposed pond for stormwater management in the Town of Grand Chute adjacent to the eastern boundary of the City of Appleton.

Construction start: April 2019

 

Great Lakes Basin Rail Line
Great Lakes Basin Transportation, Inc. proposes constructing a 278-miles rail line through Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana. In Wisconsin, the route would be in Rock County, about 30 miles long and 200 feet wide. Drafting an agricultural impact statement is under consideration.​
