Wisconsin Chef and Food Influencer Tour

​​From August 11-20 2023, more than a dozen international chefs and media influencers from nine countries had a first-hand taste of Wisconsin’s food and crops. Stops for the tour included Madison, Milwaukee, Kohler, Sheboygan, Green Bay, Mauston, Viroqua, La Crosse, and Minneapolis with restaurant visits with chef-to-chef experiences, and visits to a farmers market, cheese plant, vegetable farm, and a meeting with the Oneida Nation.

 This initiative of the U.S. Department of Agriculture Foreign Agriculture Service (USDA FAS) was organized and supported by DATCP and many sponsors.
