In June 2023, DATCP Secretary Randy Romanski, staff from the Department’s International Agribusiness Center, and representatives from five Wisconsin companies visited the United Kingdom for a weeklong trade mission. They were joined by Tony Rice from the US Dairy Export Council. While in London and Manchester, the group participated in meetings with food buyers and producers, made retail store visits, attended marketing briefings, and met with government officials to build and strengthen business relationships and increase Wisconsin trade opportunities to the UK.
The companies participating in the UK trade mission include Genex, Marathon Ginseng, Masters Gallery Foods, Inc., Sartori Cheese, and Seneca Foods.
