From October 15-19, Wisconsin companies brought the best of America’s Dairyland to SIAL Paris in Frace, joining over 7,000 exhibitors from more than 200 countries who engaged with nearly 300,000 visitors. This global platform provided a unique opportunity for Wisconsin businesses to connect with industry professionals from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, facilitating cross-border business discussions and market insights.
At the heart of the Wisconsin Pavilion, Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin presented a spectacular 7-foot-long charcuterie cheese board, featuring an array of top Wisconsin cheeses that captivated audiences. Distinguished guests, including U.S. Ambassador to France Denise Bauer, U.S. Department of Agriculture Foreign Agriculture Service (USDA FAS) Counselor David Leishman, and U.S. Dairy Export Council CEO Krysta Harden, underscored the significance of Wisconsin’s international presence.
Participating Wisconsin Companies included Chippewa Valley Bean, Sartori Cheese, Nasonville Dairy, Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, Marathon Ginseng International, Old Fashioned Foods, Masters Gallery Foods, and Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery.
These companies collectively reinforced Wisconsin’s reputation for quality, helping to expand their reach and showcase the innovation behind Wisconsin’s food and agriculture industries.
