Public Comment on the Economic Impact of Proposed Administrative Rules

The public is encouraged to comment on the economic impact of proposed administrative rules (see list below). DATCP is interested in how a proposed rule may affect businesses, local governmental units, and individuals. These comments will be considered when the department prepares an Economic Impact Analysis under Wis. Stat. § 227.137 for a proposed rule.

This page is only for comments pertaining to the economic impact of the proposed rule. Comments on the substance of the rule will be accepted up to two weeks after the last public hearing is held on this rule. Hearing dates will be scheduled after the hearing draft rule is approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.

Email comments can be addressed to: datcpeiaadminrules@wisconsin.gov Please reference the rule number (e.g., “ATCP 1”) or the subject of the rule in the subject line of your email. You may also send your comments to the individual listed as the “DATCP Contact” in the initial hearing draft for a proposed rule.
