As a non-resident of Wisconsin, there are two ways that you may become certified as a pesticide applicator in Wisconsin

passing a closed-book written exam within the last five years in your state of residence or
passing the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection's own pesticide certification exams. Please see the application form for more information.
