ATCP 29: Pesticide Use and Control Rule
ATCP 29 is the Wisconsin administrative code that covers the use and control of pesticides. It is in the process of revision and the new version is expected to be published and take effect about June 1, 2013.
DATCP established a 13-member advisory group to help guide the rule process. The group represented agriculture, environmentalists, health agencies and various sectors of the pest control industry.
