the Wisconsin administrative code that covers the use and control of
pesticides.

Rule Revision
The comment period has closed on this proposal. The final draft has been sent to the Legislature for final action.
The
scope statement notifies the public that we intend to update and clarify
current rules regulating the use and control of pesticides. The current rule
remains in effect until the effective date of any revisions. DATCP began
revising ATCP 29 in 2008 when the DATCP Board approved the scope
statement.
Advisory
Group
DATCP
established a 13-member advisory group to help guide the rule process in March
2009. The group represents agriculture, environmentalists, health agencies and
various sectors of the pest control industry.
