New! Alpine Slicing and Cheese Conversion recalls
A number of companies are recalling shredded cheese products packaged at Alpine Slicing and Cheese Conversion, Monroe, Wisconsin, because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes bacteria. No illnesses have been reported, but routine testing found Listeria contamination on the shredding line at Alpine. The recalls are voluntary, and are being conducted by the companies involved.
