The purpose of the workbook is to help you prepare for a change in the way you currently farm or for a change in occupations. People change careers an average of three to five times in their work life, but many don't take the time to really consider what they want, what makes them happy or where they're really going. You will spend a great deal of your life working, so you should give careful consideration to how you want to spend that time.
The Job Hunting Workbook is a tool that can help you take stock of your personal attributes and what's important to you. It can provide you with a good base to explore your career options.
Copies of the workbook can also be obtained by calling the Farm Center at 1-800-942-2474.
