A Consumer's Guide to Organic Food
Marketing materials for organic farmers and businesses
This is a collaborative project between DATCP, agency partners, non-profits, retailers, and farmers to develop promotional and educational materials to support growth of organic food production and sales in Wisconsin.
Wisconsin consumers spend some $43 million on local and directly marketed foods, and increasing demand for locally grown organic foods presents an opportunity for Wisconsin organic farmers. These marketing materials will help organic producers differentiate their product in the marketplace and allow interested consumers to find local organic produce more readily.
