Housing Discrimination

Wisconsin’s Open Housing Law, Wisconsin Statutes section 106.50, prohibits housing discrimination based on sex, race, color, sexual orientation, disability, religion, national origin, marital status, family status, lawful source of income, age or ancestry. The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development administers this law. Federal (and in some places local) anti-discrimination laws also apply.
