Consumer Product Safety

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) administers Wisconsin’s consumer product safety laws. DATCP may require safety labeling or restrict the sale of hazardous consumer products, including home improvement products. DATCP has also adopted consumer product safety rules.
