• Business Practices. Wisconsin Statutes section 100.177 regulates business practices by fitness and weight loss centers. The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) administers this law.

• Staff Trained in First Aid and CPR. The Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services requires fitness and weight loss centers to have staff trained in first aid and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation.
