Itinerant Sales

Wisconsin laws regulate itinerant sales, including door-to-door sales and promotional gatherings. The laws prohibit deceptive sales practices, require disclosures, and give consumers a 3-day right to cancel sales contracts. Violators may be prosecuted, and there are private remedies for consumers. For more information, see Consumer Law topic, Itinerant Sales.
