About the Program

The Something Special from Wisconsin™ program can help your product stand out above the competition. Any business, no matter how big or how small, may participate in the program. You can apply to use the Something Special from Wisconsin™ logo if at least 50 percent of the value of your product or service is attributable to Wisconsin ingredients, production or processing activities.

It's easy to become a member of the Something Special from Wisconsin™ program. Apply for membership online at http://ssfwmembers.wi.gov. Pay with a credit card or mail in a check after completing the online application.

DATCP provides services to educate, inform, and protect Wisconsin consumers.

DATCP licenses individuals, business and locations to protect human and animal health, the environment, and consumers.

DATCP regulates and helps develop agribusinesses including farms, and also regulates some other businesses to protect consumers.

Wisconsin farms produce milk, livestock, grain, vegetables, poultry and many other agricultural products.
