Food Certificates of Free Sale
The Food Safety & Inspection Bureau in the Division of Food Safety offers certificates for food products intended for human consumption produced in food processing plants and dairy plants.
A Certificate of Free Sale, Sanitary, Purity and Health is required to export food products. The Division of Food Safety is the official licensing agency for all food operations in the State of Wisconsin and issues notarized certificates attesting to the licensing, inspection and standing of these operations. The request for certificates must be in writing.
