“ATCP 55” (Once you connect to the website indicated above, on the left side of the screen, click on Wisconsin Law, then administrative code and register, then in center of page, Wisconsin Administrative Code, then left side of page click on Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, then below ATCP 12, click on the + symbol by “more,” the other chapters will be loaded, then scroll down and select ATCP 55.)

The Meat Safety Inspector is a represented position covered by a collective bargaining agreement.

A 6 month probationary period is required upon appointment.
